 Build strong formal relations with the community groups to win their confidence for working with them as partner for implementation of project activities.  Form village-based committee or reactivate the once already exist in target area and ensure participation of men, women and vulnerable groups.  Conduct community engagements, mobilization meetings and awareness sessions.  Undertake village / households profiling, UC mapping and surveys.  Identification of beneficiaries and ensure selection criteria as per project guideline.  Support project manager to carry out all project field activities.  Coordinate local CO’s/LSOs/CBOs/ groups / VDC/NGOs working on flood emergency response activities sector and government institutions.  Update and manage database of project activities in timely and proper manner.  Identification of distributions points and assist in preparation of tokens and issue to registered beneficiaries with the help of village committee.  Prepare and submit project relevant documentation, reports, daily dairy, work plans & Photographs.
