Job Description
Curriculum objectives must be clearly understood in order to achieve the desired academic standards of the school in general and those of the concerned grade / class. To check student’s attendance and attentiveness in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, and to take efficient and effective measures as and when there is a decline. To set, change or re-change student’s seats and placement of class paraphernalia for better discipline, concentration and environment in the class. To check homework efficiently and accurately, and mistakes, if any, have to be marked with appropriate corrections and feedback (verbal and written). Checking test and papers fairly, accurately and correctly and according to the given solution. Always exercise self-control and be mindful of surroundings that are associated with the grace, dignity and honor of the teaching profession. To plan, organize, direct and control the related personal, class and co-curricular activities. Any alleged or open abnormal behavior by any student must be checked, probed and reported. Corrective and preventive measures are to be taken according to the School code of conduct. To check fixtures regularly and implements in the class and report any breakage and missing items to the concerned Principal. An emergency situation or a sick case must be reported immediately to be concerned authorities D. Relationship: • Maintain positive and constructive relationship with the student, parents, colleagues and other staff • Be aware of the personal problems of student and address • To observe closely and be attentive to the needs of all individuals in the classroom with regards their various learning difficulties, capacities, skills interest and attitude. • Maintain tactful relationship with parents and advocate strength of the school E. Code of Conduct: • Maintain value of the institution and work for the achievement of vision of the school • Care for all acceptable dress code and use ID cards in the school • Discourage own guests coming in school during school timings • All the time communicate professional language • Prove a Role Model for the students and others • Do not smoke, do not use supari, pann parang or any other drug • Do not use mobile phone in the class, corridor, open area in school for calls and SMS. • Behave as per RDF policies, procedures and bye-laws of the school framed /approved by the PSP Program.
